Delete your account

How to permanently delete your PitchFirst account and the data held against it.

Request deletion by email

Email support@pitchfirst.app from the address registered on your account, with the subject Account deletion request.

We verify that the request comes from the registered address, then delete the account and its data within 30 days. You will get a confirmation email once it is done. You do not need to be able to sign in to make the request.

What gets deleted

Name, email, phone, city, languages	Permanently deleted
Profile, experience, skills, typing-test results	Permanently deleted
Voice pitch recording	Permanently deleted
Video introduction	Permanently deleted
Résumé / CV and profile photo	Permanently deleted
Applications and interview history	Permanently deleted
Transaction and invoice records	Retained as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Recruiters who already unlocked your contact details may still hold them outside the platform. Deleting your account stops any further sharing, but we cannot recall details already disclosed.
Cancel any active subscription first if you do not want it to renew.
