PitchFirst ("we", "us"), operated by RUBINA RAFEEQ SOLKAR, 503, 3A, Sai Shraddha, Kannamwar Nagar 2, Vikhroli East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400083, India, provides a voice-first hiring platform for telecallers, BPO and inside-sales professionals in India. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and the rights you have over it.
The app requests the microphone only when you choose to record a voice pitch, and the camera only when you choose to record a video introduction. Nothing is captured in the background, and recording does not begin until you start it. You can decline either permission and continue using the rest of the app.
Subscription purchases are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. Card and bank details are entered directly with Razorpay and never reach our servers. We receive a payment confirmation and store your subscription status and purchase history only.
Basic account identifiers needed to operate the service and keep it secure.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Candidate profiles, voice pitches, video introductions and CVs are visible to recruiters using the service. That visibility is the core purpose of the app. Candidates can control profile visibility in Settings.
A candidate's phone number, email address and references stay masked from recruiters by default. A recruiter sees them only after unlocking that candidate's contact details under their subscription plan. Once unlocked, the recruiter holds those details and may contact the candidate about roles.
Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
Where disclosure is required by applicable law or legal process.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request access to, or permanent deletion of, your personal data at any time:
Deletion removes your profile, voice pitch, video introduction and CV. We retain only what we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records for tax and accounting purposes, and for no longer than the law requires.
If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to access a summary of your personal data, to correct or complete it, to request its erasure, to nominate another person to exercise these rights, and to raise a grievance.
Voice and video recording on PitchFirst is consent-first: nothing is recorded unless you start the recording, and you can delete any recording and re-record it. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting the recording or your account.

PitchFirst is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

PitchFirst is a voice-first hiring marketplace for telecallers, BPO professionals, and inside sales executives. We are not an employment agency and do not guarantee job placement.
You must be 18+. All information provided must be accurate. Fraudulent or duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended.
Candidates must provide accurate information, ensure their voice pitch genuinely represents their abilities, not misrepresent experience or references, and respond professionally to employers. Accounts receiving 5 or more negative employer reviews (rating ≤ 2) are subject to suspension.
Employers must post only genuine roles, use candidate data exclusively for recruitment, not share or sell candidate contacts obtained via PitchFirst, comply with Indian labour laws, and submit factual post-interview feedback. Abusive or false feedback results in account termination.
Employer Standard: ₹2,999/month. Employer Advanced: ₹6,999/month. New employer accounts created before 30 September 2026 receive a 3-day free trial, after which they move automatically to the Standard Plan; from 1 October 2026, new employer accounts are charged from signup with no trial. Candidate: ₹199/month from 1 October 2026 (free until 30 September). Auto-renews monthly. GST charged additionally. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
Users must not scrape data, reverse-engineer the platform, post misleading listings, bypass subscriptions by contacting candidates off-platform, harass or discriminate against users, or upload malware.
All platform content and code is owned by PitchFirst User-generated content remains the user's property but you grant PitchFirst a non-exclusive licence to display it for platform operations.
PitchFirst is provided "as is". Liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Required for the platform to work — session authentication, CSRF protection, user preferences. Cannot be disabled. No consent required under applicable law.
Anonymised, aggregated data to understand how users navigate PitchFirst. Provider: Google Analytics with IP masking enabled. Opt out via browser settings or private/incognito mode.
Remember your preferences (language, filter settings, dashboard layout). First-party only. Expire after 30 days of inactivity.
PitchFirst does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or ad networks. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
Control cookies via your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent login. We respect Do Not Track (DNT) signals for analytics cookies.
Double payment refund: If you have been charged twice in the same billing period, email support@pitchfirst.app with subject "Double Payment — Candidate" and include your registered email and both transaction IDs. We will verify and refund the duplicate charge within 5–7 business days.
All other requests: Refund requests citing any reason other than a verified double payment will not be processed. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
No refund after platform use: If you have accessed candidate profiles, played pitches, or unlocked contacts, that cycle is non-refundable.
Technical failure credit: If platform is unavailable 48+ cumulative hours in a month due to our fault, you receive a proportional credit on the next cycle.
First-month refund: Employers who have not accessed any candidate features within 72 hours of subscription may request a full refund.
Accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
Email support@pitchfirst.app with your registered email, transaction ID, and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
PitchFirst is a Data Fiduciary under Section 2(i). Employers accessing candidate data through PitchFirst act as Data Fiduciaries in their own right for their direct hiring processes.
All data collection is consent-based. At registration you receive a clear notice explaining what data is collected, the purpose of processing, and how to exercise your rights. Consent is free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous. Withdraw consent anytime from Settings → Account.
Before collecting data we provide a detailed plain-language notice. Voice pitch recording requires a separate explicit consent checkbox given its biometric-adjacent nature.
TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access control, regular penetration testing, formal incident response plan. Data breaches reported to the Data Protection Board and affected users per Section 8(6).
Data retained only as long as necessary for its specified purpose or as required by law. Voice pitch data deleted within 7 days of account closure.
If your grievance is unresolved within 30 days, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India once constituted under Section 18 of the DPDP Act, 2023. Always contact our DPO first at support@pitchfirst.app.

Go to Company Profile in your sidebar. Add description, team size, office locations, a "Why Join Us" section, and your logo. Candidates who see complete profiles with reviews apply 2.4× more than to blank ones.
Click "+ Post New Role". Fill in job title, industry, city, experience level, salary range, and a clear job description including daily call volumes, product type, and incentive structure. Specify minimum typing speed (30/40/50 WPM) and voice pitch requirement.
All applicants are sorted by AI match score. Use the filter bar to narrow by voice pitch, readiness badge, typing speed, or AI verification. The sidebar quick-filters let you jump directly to Remote Ready, Field Ready, Gig Ready, or In-Office Ready candidates.
Open any candidate card and hit "▶ Play Pitch". AI scores show Clarity, Confidence, Relevance, and Energy — each out of 100. Shortlist directly from this view. Candidates with all four scores above 80 have an 89% offer acceptance rate on PitchFirst.
The Marquee is the first thing to check after the voice pitch — up to 5 pinned proof items: award videos, certifications, performance screenshots, appreciation letters, or portfolio pieces.
